North Little Rock police have identified the two people found dead Friday afternoon, said the department in a press release.

Officers responded to the 800 block of West 19th Street just after 3 p.m. to reports of a sick or injured person.

Detectives found two bodies, with gunshot wounds in the bedroom of a residence.

Police identified the victims as Kissick Lowery, 42, and 29-year-old William Brockman of North Little Rock.

Detectives learned that the couple had been married for approximately five years.

Authorities say the investigation determined that Lowery's death is a homicide and that Brockman's death is suicide.

This investigation is on-going.

Further information will be released as it becomes available.
