KEIZER, Ore. – Good news for In-N-Out Burger fans, the City of Keizer has now issued the restaurant chain its building permit and says construction should be starting soon.

The city posted about the building permit on its Facebook page Wednesday.

In May, the city said construction on the new In-N-Out Burger in Keizer will begin in June. They have not yet released a specific date on when they’ll break ground.

Carl Arena, vice president of real estate and development for In-N-Out, said new locations take about 5 to 6 months from initial construction to open.

The restaurant is part of the Keizer Station shopping center located just off I-5 on Chemawa Road.
