Two persons of interest in Concord homicide go to BPD voluntarily to answer questions

BREAKING: Beaumont Police confirm two men investigators call persons of interest in the homicide of Darrell Howard have gone in voluntarily for questioning.

Darrell Howard was shot at about 2 a.m. Easter morning on Concord near Delaware, in the street in front of a nightclub. He dies at CHRISTUS Hospital St. Elizabeth.

BPD says the persons of interest are Tristan K. Jackson, 23, of Beaumont, and Donaldvan Joseph Williams, 24, of Beaumont,

Police believe there are witnesses who have cell phone video footage of the shooting and BPD is urging the public to come forward with the video.

They can also submit it anonymously through Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas on the P3 App.
