FARGO (KFGO) – The Red River is still on course for a second crest in Fargo-Moorhead at about 32.5 ft., slightly over what is considered major flood stage.
The National Weather Service says the second crest should arrive Sunday. The river will hold steady into Monday before it begins a slow drop. The forecast does take into account possible rain Wed. and Thursday.
The first crest was 35 ft.
