OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Bank of Oklahoma personnel are working to fix an issue that’s resulting in duplicate automated payments on customer accounts.
The issue is affecting both debit and credit card accounts, according to a Bank of Oklahoma Twitter post.
“We are actively working to resolve the issue and correct the duplicate postings,” the Twitter post states.
Bank personnel pledged to keep account holders updated on their progress addressing the issue.
We are aware of the issue related to duplicate automated payments, both for debits and credits. We are actively working to resolve the issue and correct the duplicate postings. We will provide more information when we have it.
