Work on 20th Street in Downtown Cheyenne Begins Tuesday​

A section of 20th Street in downtown Cheyenne will be restricted to two lanes over the next eight to ten weeks while crews make road repairs.

Construction Manager Jerry Lamb says crews will be doing mill and overlay work between House Avenue and Carey Avenue beginning Tuesday.

"New sidewalk, curb and gutter will also be replaced within that four-block area beginning first on the north side of 20th Street," said Lamb.  "Additional street trees will also be placed in the area."

Lamb urges people to use caution when driving in the area.
