BILLINGS- Various Billings law enforcement agencies are investigating a disturbance that occurred Tuesday night just before 10 p.m. on the Billings South Side.
Dispatchers said police set up a roadblock on Calhoun Lane and King Avenue East and there are ‘multiple incidents’ in the area with heavy police presence.
Police said initially they responded to the reports of shots fired in the area of Jackson Street and King Avenue East. Officers on scene said later there is no evidence that shots were indeed fired.
Officers did stop a truck seen leaving the area with seven occupants, those individuals were being questioned by police and the truck took some hits from a baseball bat.
