ABILENE, Texas — An Oklahoma man was arrested in Abilene on Thursday in connection to a triple murder.
The Abilene Police Department said that Kevin Fitzpatrick Moseley, 56, of Kingston, Oklahoma, was arrested on Thursday afternoon at a family member’s home on Swenson Street.
Authorities received a tip that Moseley was in Abilene.
The victims of the triple homicide in Oklahoma were Moseley’s wife and two stepchildren.
Moseley was booked into the Taylor County Jail on a charge of being a fugitive from justice and was being held without bond.
