PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- Philadelphia police are looking for two gunmen who shot and killed an 18-year-old man Thursday night.

The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. at 4th and West Huntingdon Streets in the Fairhill section of the city. Chief Inspector Scott Small says there was a barrage of bullets.

"At least 25 shots were fired from two separate caliber weapons," Small said.

And police say the 18-year-old victim was killed after he was hit several times. Police believe he was the intended target. Some stray bullets also pierced an SUV that was parked on the street.

"That woman who was sitting in the driver's seat is very, very lucky that she was not struck by gunfire," Small said.

Witnesses are talking to police. A motive isn't clear and so far no one has been arrested.
