Many participating venues are using the specials to double as charity fundraisers. Viviane at the Avalon in Beverly Hills donates $1 from every Negroni sold to No Kid Hungry. Accomplice Bar in Mar Vista donates to Water for People during the week and offers three different cocktails served with Negroni mochi. Birds & Bees in downtown L.A. offers six versions of the cocktail with $1 from every cocktail sold going directly to Mercy Corp. NoMad Los Angeles donates to the Trevor Project.
