An eight-year-old boy who was reported missing from his home in Bradford has turned up ‘safe and well.’

West Yorkshire Police launched an urgent appeal to find Tibor Rac, who disappeared from his home in Manningham at around 7pm on Wednesday.

They circulated an image of him and said they thought he might be on a small, grey children’s bicycle.

Officers were concerned for his welfare due to his age and the fact he was missing overnight.

West Yorkshire Police said he was found on a street in Bradford ‘safe and well’ around midday on Thursday – around an hour after their appeal.

They thanked everyone who had shared their appeal.
