Mumbai Metro: Best pictures of city's first underground tunnel for Metro 3's Colaba-Bandra-Seepz line

On Monday, the first step in the construction of Mumbai’s first underground metro tunnel for Metro 3 was undertaken successfully. Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC ) employees were seen waving the tri-colour at the end of the successful completion. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis was also present on the occasion. The 1.2-km-long tunnel, which connects Marol Naka with the International Airport, is the first one to be completed. Currently, Mumbai has one metro line between Ghatkopar and Versova which is overground.
On Monday, the firsttunnel of underground Metro-III corridor (Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ) was successfully completed.
