MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WPMI) — Alabama's Attorney General issuing new guidelines on CBD oil after the passing of The Farm Bill.
Steve Marshall says because of this bill, CBD or Cannabidiol a derivative of marijuana, can be produced and sold legally in Alabama.
There is a condition to that the level of THC must be less than three-tenths of one percent.
THC is the psycho-active ingredient in marijuana.
Again, The Farm Bill, which will allow industrial hemp production, still needs the President's signature.
