AUSTIN, Texas — Welcome back, Geoffrey!
More than a year after shutting down all of their stores in the United States, Toys "R" Us has officially announced their return.
In a press release posted to the official Toys "R" Us Facebook page, the company announced that through a partnership with b8ta, a "software-powered experiential retailer," two stores will be open for the holiday season.
One of the stores will be located in Houston at The Galleria. The second will be at Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey.
The company says they plan to open additional stores within the U.S. over the course of 2020.
