Two individuals, found with the missing Kentucky teen in Lexington, are scheduled to appear in court August 6 for an Entry of Plea.

Both Moses Humes, 33, of Wheat Ridge, Colorado and Katelyn Gish, 19, of Henderson, Kentucky are each charged with one count contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

On August 3, the Lexington Police Department was contacted by the Henderson Police Department in Kentucky in reference to a missing 15-year-old teen from Henderson, according to Dawson County Court records.

Court records stated that the Henderson Police Department was tracking the cellphone of a suspect and notified Lexington officers of its location. Police officers found the suspects with the missing teen in a semi-truck in the Lexington Walmart parking lot and contacted the individuals.

The suspects were identified as Humes and Gish, who was with her one-month child.

Both were taken into custody.

According to court records, Gish said she was aware the 15-year-old runaway was missing from Henderson. Gish also said that although she spoke with family members, she did not notify anyone of their location.
