Shoreside Petroleum, Inc. defeated a delivery truck dispatcher’s claim for over 5,776 hours of unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The dispatcher worked from Shoreside’s Anchorage, Alaska distribution center during the day, and he routinely answered a mobile telephone to meet customer needs during non-business hours.
