The District of Columbia Mayor Dec. 23 signed a law amending provisions on alcoholic beverages licenses for excise tax purposes. The law includes measures: 1) amending notification requirements of criminal conviction by license holders; and 2) adding a new section requiring cancellation of a license when a licensee is evicted from the licensed premises.
