Boris Johnson has said he will discuss the driving habits of US diplomatic staff with American officials after another close miss near the base where Harry Dunn was killed.

Footage emerged this weekend of a suspected US government car driving on the wrong side of the road and having to brake sharply to avoid an oncoming vehicle. The incident was filmed near RAF Croughton in Northamptonshire, a base for the US air force.

It is close to where Mr Dunn, 19, died in August when his motorbike was hit by a car being driven on the wrong side of the road by Anne Sacoolas, the wife of an American intelligence officer who was staying at the base.
