GUWAHATI: As no new COVID-19 case has been detected since the declaration of containment zone, Kamrup (Metro) district administration has removed the containment zone tag from Group Centre, CRPF, 9th Mile in Guwahati.
Though the containment zone order has been withdrawn, the residents of the area have been asked to follow all the protocols for preventing COVID-19.
On the other hand, district administration has declared containment zones at three other new areas at Central Jail, Bathou Nagar, Geeta Mandir in Noonmati and Krishna Nagar, Gosala in Maligaon
