Samuel L. Jackson’s spacious Upper East Side condo has come on the market for $13 million, the New York Post has learned. The combo unit measures 3,000 square feet and features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

The apartment comes with high ceilings, hardwood floors, a washer & dryer in-unit, central A/C, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and an ensuite marble bathroom, a wet bar, and Central Park views, according to the broker on the listing.

Jackson and his wife LaTanya Richardson purchased the apartment in 2005 for $4.8 million, according to the Post. Prior to that, the couple owned a Harlem brownstone but sold it in 1997. The couple also previously owned an English Tudor-style home in Encino, in Los Angeles.

Jackson will next be seen on the big screen in the M. Night Shyamalan-directed film Glass, where he, along with Bruce Willis, will reprise their roles from Shyalaman’s Unbreakable.
