Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a weekly column that explores what one can buy for a set dollar amount in various NYC neighborhoods. Is one man’s studio another man’s townhouse? Let’s find out! Today, we’re looking at apartments for sale for around $2 million.

It has several terraces, three bathrooms, a dining room with views of Central Park, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a ton of closet space. Maintenance charges are $4,928/month. The co-op is located on West 57th Street and Sixth Avenue, near Central Park and the F and M trains.

It’s located on East 23rd Street, between Second and Third avenues, a four-minute walk to Gramercy Park and near the 4 and 6 trains at 23rd Street.

And, finally, also asking $1.995 million, this three-bedroom coop in the East Village has two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, a ton of closet space, and great views of Downtown Manhattan. Maintenance charges are $2,548/month. It’s located on East 9th Street between Third and Fourth avenues, near the 4 and 6 trains at Astor Place.
