Man shot and killed, twin brother wounded on their birthday

Police continue to look for a shooter who pulled alongside a car in Oklahoma City early Saturday and opened fire, killing a driver and wounding his twin brother on their birthday, police reported.

Rasheem Henderson, 26, died in the shooting in the 2400 block of N Interstate 235 about 2:10 a.m., and his twin brother, Raheem Henderson, 26, was shot and wounded. It was the twins' birthday Saturday.

No one has been arrested in the shooting.

Police said Rasheem Henderson was driving south on I-235 when a sport utility vehicle pulled alongside the driver's side and someone in it opened fire.

Rasheem Henderson was pronounced dead at the scene. Raheem Henderson was taken to a local hospital where he was treated and released.

Police identify woman killed Saturday in southwest OKC

Police have released the name of a woman shot to death Saturday in southwest Oklahoma City.

Selena Escalera-Pacheco, 24, of Oklahoma City, was shot about 3:15 p.m. at an apartment in the 1200 block of W Interstate 240 Service Road. Escalera-Pacheco was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her death is being investigated as the 35th homicide case of the year, police reported.

Police have not made any arrests. Anyone with information can call the homicide tip line at 405-297-1200.
