Oklahoma native, former Gap Band frontman and successful R&B solo artist Charlie Wilson will be the musical guest tonight on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," where he will perform his funky new ballad "Forever Valentine."

As previously reported, R&B superstar Bruno Mars provides back-up vocals on the track, which Mars also co-produced with his production team the Stereotypes and D’Mile. They all also co-wrote the song with Wilson, Micah Powell and Seth Reger.

“Forever Valentine” is Wilson’s first new solo music since the 2017 release of his album "In It To Win It."

Also as previously reported, tonight's TV showcase follows Uncle Charlie's appearance on Sunday night's Grammy Awards, where he and Boyz II Men provided some sweet, smooth harmonies on winning rapper Tyler, The Creator's earth-shaking performance of "Earfquake." "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" airs at 10:35 p.m. weekdays on ABC. Magic Johnson and Ben Schwartz also will be guests on tonight's episode.
