The rescheduling of "Baby Shark Live!" has been halted due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and the planned Oklahoma City performance has now been canceled.

As previously reported, the "Baby Shark Live!" tour was originally scheduled to make an OKC stop April 17 at Chesapeake Energy Arena. That tour date was postponed in March due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

"We had hoped to proceed with a new performance date, but due to the continuously evolving situation, we have been advised to take this unfortunate action. The safety and health of our audiences is our highest priority and we encourage everyone to follow the guidelines put forth by public health officials," Chesapeake Arena officials announced today on social media.

Refunds are available through the point of purchase. For further information, visit www.chesapeakearena.com/updates.

As previously reported, "Baby Shark Live!" is a fully immersive concert experience based on the kid-friendly viral video smash. It was slated to make a splash across North America and play more than 70 cities, including OKC, this spring.
