Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday advised all the newly-appointed Odisha Civil Services (OCS) officers to focus on 5Ts, Technology, Transparency, Teamwork, Time and Transformation, in administration for development of the people and the State.

Addressing the newly-appointed officials at a programme held here, Patnaik said, “The State Government has always stressed on the 3Ts, Technology, Transparency and Teamwork, for good governance. Now, the new dimension of ‘Time’ has been added to the 3T mantras to effect ‘Transformation’ in a time-bound manner in the State.”

The Chief Minister said people’s expectations can be met only when the administrators follow the 5T mantras in doing their duties.

On the occasion, Patnaik handed over the appointment letters to all successful candidates in the 2017 OCS examinations, conducted by the Odisha Public Services Commission (OPSC). Notably, a total of 102 candidates, including 42 women and four persons with disabilities (PwDs), emerged successful in the 2017 OCS examinations.
