Comedian, writer and director Whitney Cummings is hoping to have the last laugh on the sale of her pristine midcentury modern ranch house in LA’s Studio City neighborhood.
Cummings, who purchased the home in 2011 for $1,484,725, recently put it on the market for a cool $2 million.

Since then, Cummings, now 37, has had her own talk show, and produced and starred in a number of comedy specials. In July Netflix released her hourlong comedy special, “Can I Touch It?”
