Shawn Johnson revealed Monday that she made a recent trip to the hospital, but it wasn’t to deliver her baby.
Taking to Instagram, the former gymnast — who is 38 weeks pregnant — said she ended up in the emergency room after breaking her big toe.
“All is good, just adding a little more swag to my big mama waddle these days,” Johnson, 27, told her followers.
Johnson’s husband, NFL long snapper Andrew East, elaborated on social media, saying, “Mama here smashed her foot with a rock.”
On Monday, the one-time “Dancing with the Stars” champ also confirmed to fans that she’s doing great following the painful incident.
“Guys, I’m great, I promise,” she said on her Instagram story. “I got some pretty coloring, my foot is a little bit bigger than usual, my big toe is a little bit longer than usual, but I’m good. It’s just a perfect excuse to chill out until baby comes.”
Johnson, who has been married to East, 28, for three years, announced in April that she is expecting, a year and a half after opening up about her miscarriage.
