Mount Angel man pleads guilty to stealing from nonprofit

The Mount Angel man accused of embezzling about $60,000 from a local nonprofit has pleaded guilty to aggravated theft.

James Byron Hall Jr., 64, was arrested in September 2017 on suspicion of stealing from the Mount Angel Community Foundation, a nonprofit that raises money for local causes.
