About 2,000 people gathered in front of the state capitol in Harrisburg to protest the coronavirus shutdown orders imposed by Gov. Tom Wolf (D). Speakers included state Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-Franklin) and Marc Scaringi, an attorney who filed suit to overturn Wolf’s orders.

[Correction: The crowd size estimate in the first version of this photo gallery was incorrect.  According to PennLive, Capitol Police estimated the crowd size at between 1,750 and 2,000. Protest organizers say it was much larger.]
