'Bait Bike' Lures Another Concord Suspect, Danville Police Say

Sebastian Joseph Hall, 27, of Concord​ was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stealing the bike equipped with GPS.

DANVILLE, CA — Danville police have made a second arrest using the department's "bait bike." Sebastian Joseph Hall, 27, of Concord was picked up by police at Starbucks, 1 Railroad Avenue, Tuesday morning for stealing the bike equipped with a GPS device.

The bike was locked at a rack, and at 6:41 a.m. Tuesday, Danville officers were alerted that their rig had been stolen, according to police.

Hall was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility for grand theft and for violating his probation, Danville police said. Jail records show his bail was set at $15,000.

Carlos Villanueva, 43, of Concord was arrested Friday at 12:35 p.m. on Camille Avenue at Iron Horse Trail after Danville police set out the bait bike. Read more about that arrest.
