Photo Of The Week: Palm Desert Sunrise

PALM DESERT, CA -- Sunrise in the Coachella Valley can be a beautiful thing to witness. Among those who know this is John Jimenez, who sent in this wonderful shot of the sun rising over Palm Desert.

The photo, which was taken around 5:30 a.m. July 24 in the Domani Palm Desert community, is a fantastic example of the visual feast that is Riverside County.
