Taisha Xiomari Franco, 23, of Minor Road, East Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, illegal use of a credit card, third-degree identity theft and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.
Michael P. Nicolini, 69, of Madison Avenue, was charged with three counts of risk of injury of a minor, breach of peace and third-degree assault.
