South Windsor Cops Break Up Incidents At Businesses

South Wndsor Police recently broke up incidents on John Fitch Boulevard.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — South Windsor Police recently broke up a couple of disturbances at businesses along John Fitch Boulevard.

On July 9, at about 8 p.m. Officers responded to a verbal dispute at a motel on John Fitch Boulevard, according to a report. Officers learned that a man was arguing with a woman in violation of a valid protective order and arrested Gary Cote, 28, of South Windsor, according to a report.

He was charged with violation of a protective order.

On July 1, officers responded to a disturbance complaint at a business on John Fitch Boulevard. During the investigation they learned that one those involved was wanted on two re-arrest warrants from Hartford police.

Officers arrested Christopher Porter, 49, of Hartford and charged him with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
