Free Coronavirus Test Sites Available In Wilmington During Week Of August 17

Wilmington Mayor Mike Purzycki again reminds City residents to continue to take precautions to avoid spreading the COVID-19 virus. The Mayor asked residents to avoid large crowds, wear a mask, and wash and sanitize their hands frequently. FREE walk-up test sites are available this week in Wilmington. The Mayor today thanked the New Castle County government and the City and State Emergency Management offices for arranging these events, which will use the saliva test technique.

The Wilmington test sites are:

  • Monday, August 17: Todd War Memorial Park, 18th and Washington streets, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Register in advance at delaware.curativeinc.com
  • Wednesday, August 19: Judy Johnson Park, West 3rd and North DuPont streets, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance at delaware.curativeinc.com
  • Thursday, August 20: Cornerstone Fellowship Baptist Church, 20 West Lea Boulevard, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance at delaware.curativeinc.com
  • Friday, August 21: East Side Charter School, 3000 North Claymont Street, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance at delaware.curativeinc.com
  • Saturday, August 22: Bethel AME Church, 604 North Walnut Street, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Walk-Up Only) Register in advance at delaware.curativeinc.com
