Watch: 96-Year-Old Is Overjoyed At First Snowfall In DC

She had moved from Miami to D.C., and finally got to see her first snowfall in her 96 years.

WASHINGTON, DC -- If you live in Buffalo or Saskatchewan, you can be forgiven for not being too excited about seeing some snow. But for a 96-year-old woman who just recently moved from Miami to D.C. and had never seen snow in person, it was an event worth squealing about.

In the video below, posted on Twitter by the woman's son Armando Trull, the woman can be seen reacting to the first snowfall she's ever seen with nothing but pure delight.

"I am very happy, so happy, I have to say thank god for giving me the opportunity to watch something that I love, and I love it very very much, thank - thank - thank you God!" she exclaims.
