Oysterfest 2019 And Monster Jam: Atlanta This Weekend

ATLANTA, GA — If you happen to have an unshakable love of oysters, biscuits or even brunch, this weekend is brimming with events to satisfy any appetite. Over at Ponce City Market, Carla Hall will teach the secret to making the perfect Southern biscuit. Plus, in Midtown, Steamhouse Lounge will be hosting the 32nd Oysterfest.

Those of you in the mood for an intimate night of Prince music and entertainment, check out The Jazz Of Prince which will take place at Venkman's in the Old Fourth Ward.

If you’re up for an exciting, after-hours adventure, head to Zoo Atlanta for their Twilight Trek, where you can observe zoo animals in an evening environment. The zoo’s conservation initiatives and the technology used by wildlife biologists will also be discussed.

Oysterfest 2019

Fresh roasted oysters, lobster bisque and plenty of ice-cold beer will be available for the 32nd Oysterfest. Hungry guests can also look forward to live music as they indulge in fresh seafood straight from the Louisiana Gulf Coast.

Brunchfest With Yacht Rock Revue

Brunch just got an upgrade thanks to Park Tavern’s Brunchfest. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase food/drink tickets that can be exchanged for mimosas, oysters, hash brown casserole, Krispy Kreme donuts and more. You can also up the ante and buy VIP tickets that include bottomless mimosas.

Alter Ego Party

The Jazz Of Prince: A Night of Prince's Jazz Funk Compositions

Serving as an exploration of Prince’s extensive catalog, specifically the late musician’s jazz and jazz-funk records, The Jazz Of Prince will serve as an intimate night of music and entertainment. The event is curated by Venkman’s musical director, Khari Cabral Simmons.
