Trump Supporter Crashes Anti-Wall Protest In Atlanta

The emergency declaration from POTUS drew throngs of protesters to streets across the United States, including Atlanta, on Presidents Day.

ATLANTA — Supporters of President Donald Trump's national security emergency declaration crashed an anti-Trump protest in Atlanta on Monday. After the president issued an executive order declaring the situation at the southern border a national emergency, the American Civil Liberties and other human rights organizations called on people to mobilize across the country for a Presidents Day Protest on Monday, Feb. 18.

Pockets of protesters cropped up to rally against what progressive social justice organization Move On said was a "fake national emergency."

In Atlanta, about 100 protestors gathered outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement's downtown office. One supporter of the president got into verbal altercations with several protestors, but there were no physical confrontations.
