Frankfort Library Starting Touchless Pick-Up

Only items from Frankfort library are available, delivery between libraries is currently suspended.

FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Public Library will begin touchless pick-up on June 9 for its patrons. The library began accepting returns June 1, and due dates for all currently checked out materials have been extended through June 15, the library shared on its website.

Pick-up is available from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 1:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, and 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.

If you'd like to place a hold on an item, you can go online or call 815-469-2423 to have a staff member put items on hold for you. Only items from Frankfort library are available, delivery between libraries is currently suspended.

When your item is ready, the library said you'll get an email, text or call. When you arrive at the library you can text 815-422-1001 or call 815-469-2423 to let them know you're there. The library said staff will place materials on a table in the vestibule and notify you that you can come get your items.
