Lincoln-Way East Associate Principal Due In Court For DUI Charge
Lincoln-Way East Associate Principal Alexander Petrakis will appear in court later this month after a DUI arrest in November.
FRANKFORT, IL — Lincoln-Way East Associate Principal Alexander Petrakis will appear in court later this month for a November DUI arrest. According to the Will County Circuit Court website, Petrakis will appear at the courthouse Jan. 27 for a pretrial hearing.
Petrakis is also facing speeding (15-2o mph over the limit) and improper lane use charges. The next court date for those charges is also Jan. 27.
According to the police report from the Lockport Police Department, Petrakis was arrested at 9:44 p.m. Nov. 23 at State and Second streets in Lockport. Police reports state Petrakis crossed over the middle dotted lane line and was going 51 mph in a 35 mph zone.
