2 Arrested In Retail Theft Case: Montgomery Crime Reports

Montgomery police and the Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office report recent, local crime in the area.

Sunday, Dec. 9

Failure to appear/domestic battery

The Montgomery Police Department said Jonathan Jolly, 24, of the 1900 block of Kishwaukee Road, Rockford, was arrested Sunday on a Winnebago County warrant for Failure to Appear (FTA)/domestic battery. Police said Jolly was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for speeding around 1:30 p.m. in the 100 block of South Lake Street. He was taken to the Kane County Jail for an FTA/domestic battery charge.

Saturday, Dec. 8

Accident involving driving while license suspended, failure to yield

The Montgomery Police Department said Adilene Rivera-Martinez, 23, of the 600 Block of Four Seasons Blvd., Aurora, was arrested and cited for driving while license suspended and for failing to yield while turning left while in the 1500 block of Douglas Rd. at 9:40 p.m. Saturday. Police said contact with Rivera-Martinez was made after it was reported that she was involved in a two-vehicle accident. Police said no serious injuries were reported and after Adilene posted the required bond, she was released at the scene with a pending court date at the Aurora Branch Court.

Domestic battery sentence

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 41-year-old Timothy G. Lemmer, of the 2100 block of Rebecca Circle, Montgomery, was sentenced as a weekender Friday for a Sept. 21 charge of domestic battery causing bodily harm.

Thursday, Dec. 6

Domestic battery

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 39-year-old Matthew A. Lamberty, of Fieldpoint Road, Montgomery, has been charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm at 1 a.m. Friday.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

Aggravated DUI

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 33-year-old Gustavo A. Rojas Jr., of the 2200 block of Jericho Road, Montgomery, was taken into custody and charged with aggravated DUI just before 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Tuesday, Dec. 4

Retail theft

The Montgomery Police Department said Latyra Haggard, of the 1200 block of 4th Street, Aurora, was arrested for retail theft Tuesday after it was reported she took merchandise from a business without paying for it in the 2000 block of Orchard at 2:02 p.m. Police said she was released on scene with a pending court date.

The Montgomery Police Department said 19-year-old Dejah Enochs of the 400 block of Leamington, Chicago, was also arrested for retail theft Tuesday after it was reported she took merchandise from a business without paying for it in the 2000 block of Orchard at 2:02 p.m. Police said she was released on scene with a pending court date.
