The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County will meet via conference call at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2020, for the intended purpose of voting to go into closed session, pursuant to Section 3-305(b) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland and consistent with recent guidance from the Office of the Attorney General, to conduct collective bargaining negotiations or consider matters that relate to the negotiations, discuss the development and implementation of emergency plans, and consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.
