ANNAPOLIS, MD -- Saturday marks the first gay pride festival held in Annapolis that recognizes June as gay pride month. The event will be held June 29 from noon to 5 p.m. in historic Annapolis. There will be a parade kicking off festivities at noon that runs from Amos Garrett to Calvert Street.

The next day will be the 2019 Annapolis Color Run starting at 9 a.m. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. After the race concludes, there will be live music, adult beverages and Old Dominion root beer. For more information, visit the Annapolis Pride website.
