Annapolis Parking Fines Still In Effect, Officials Remind Drivers
New parking fines took effect July 1, but city officials have issued another reminder about the new fines.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — Drivers in Annapolis should pay close attention to the changes in parking fines that took effect July 1. The Annapolis City Council approved these changes this summer to discourage violators while improving parking availability for residents and businesses.
The city wants to remind residents that certain violations, including red curb and the blocking of fire hydrants and fire stations entrances are in place to allow egress of emergency and public safety vehicles that ensure the safety and security of all residents.
