Scary Mommy Brings Its Live Show to Annapolis
The popular website Scary Mommy also has a live touring show that will be stopping in Annapolis Aug. 15.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — Motherhood is amazing, emotional, nervewracking, and every other feeling in between. When Jill Smokler first created the website Scary Mommy, it was an outlet for her to chronicle the time spent staying at home raising her children. It didn't take long until millions of parents were inspired and joined the Scary Mommy community where they vent, answer each others' questions and reassure one another that everything will be okay.
The Scary Mommy entity has a traveling live show that gives moms a break from their hectic and harried routines, treating them to a night full of gut-busting laughter. Hilarious stand-up comedy, exclusive videos and cameos from parents' favorite Scary Mommy personalities will take to the stage at the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts in Annapolis Aug. 15 for an 8 p.m. show.
Scary Mommy also has a Facebook page just for Annapolis moms. With four million Facebook followers, Scary Mommy also has a considerable social media presence.
