These Are The Top 3 Colleges In New Hampshire: Forbes

It's just about college season. One New Hampshire schools made Forbes' top 10 list.

New college rankings from Forbes Magazine name 650 schools, including three in New Hampshire that it says are the best in the country for 2019.

Harvard topped topped Forbes’ list, followed by Stanford, Yale, MIT and Princeton. The magazine says that whether a school ranks among the top 10 or is closer to the bottom, the institutions still “count as the best in the country.”

Forbes’ annual rankings looks at colleges that “deliver the top academics, career success and lowest debt.”

Dartmouth was the top school in New Hampshire, ranking 10th in the country. UNH was 246th and St. Anselm 319th.

Massachusetts had 31 colleges make the list, including two in the top five.

The top 10 colleges on Forbes’ list are:

  1. Harvard University
  2. Stanford University
  3. Yale University
  4. Massachusetts Institute of Technology
  5. Princeton University
  6. University of Pennsylvania
  7. Brown University
  8. California Institute of Technology
  9. Duke University
  10. Dartmouth College
