Three Concord Schools Make List of Top 100 MA Schools For 2020

CONCORD, MA — Three Concord schools made it onto the list of the top 100 schools in Massachusetts. Niche.com released the list that includes both private and public elementary, middle and high schools. Middlesex School, Concord Academy and Concord Carlisle made it on the list.

Middlesex School was ranked fourth, Concord Academy was ranked tenth and Concord Carlisle was ranked 52nd. Whether a school finished first or 100th, there's not really a bad spot on the list. They all received A+ grades from Niche.

Middlesex School is a private school that offers boarding and day school accommodations to students. Middlesex has 409 students and a student-teacher ratio of 4 to 1. Middlesex has a 100 percent graduation rate and an average SAT score of 1420, according to Niche. The school was also highly ranked by Niche in the categories of best college prep private high schools in the state, best private high schools in the state and best boarding schools in the state.

According to Niche, 70 percent of students at Middlesex board there and 13 percent are international students. Yearly tuition to the school is $51,212.

The Concord Academy is a private school that offers boarding and day school accommodations to students. Concord Academy has 398 students and a student-teacher ratio of 6 to 1. Concord Academy has a 99 percent graduation rate and an average SAT score of 1380, according to Niche. The school was also highly ranked by Niche in the categories of best college prep private high schools in the state, most diverse private high schools in the state and best boarding schools in the state.

According to Niche, 40 percent of students at Concord Academy boar there and 10 percent are international students. Yearly tuition to the school is $51,455.

Concord Carlisle High School is a public school with 1,275 students in grades 9-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 13 to 1. According to state test scores, 99 percent of students are at least proficient in math and 99 percent in reading. Niche also ranked the school highly in the areas of college prep for public high schools in the state, teachers for public high schools in the state and public high schools in the state.

Concord Carlisle has a 98 percent graduation rate and an average SAT score of 1310, according to Niche.
