WILMINGTON, MA — The episode of "My Lottery Dream Home" on HGTV featuring a Medford man who bought a winning lottery ticket in Wilmington will premiere at 9 p.m. on Friday. The show follows host David Bromstad as he helps people with recent lottery windfalls find a home worthy of their new tax bracket. Friday's episode features Nichola Rocco, 24, of Medford, who won $650,000 in October on a scratch ticket.

Last month Rocco posted photos of himself and his fiance with Bromstad in a Facebook group for Wilmington residents but offered few other details. He did, however, hint that Season 5, Episode 7 might make a stop in Wilmington.

"You will see," Rocco wrote when asked if he lived in Wilmington. The episode is scheduled to air next month. The show's log line describes the episode by saying "David Bromstad helps a young family of four search the suburbs outside Boston for the perfect family dream home with lots of elbow room and a yard big enough for a swing set and a pool."

Rocco took an instant payout option of $650,000 when he won on a ticket he purchased at Wilmington Nouria on Main Street last October, according to the Massachusetts Lottery. At the time, he told lottery officials he had bought his first house at 22 and had already bought one with his lottery proceeds, with plans of buying "a couple more."
