Accused Concord Stalkers Arrested On Charges: Police Log
Teen arrested on speeding, breach, revocation, disobeying an officer charges; woman faces domestic assault, threat charges; drug arrests.
CONCORD, NH — Taylor Jordan Winter, born 2000, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on Oct. 14 on speeding, breach of bail, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension charges at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
Deborah Lynn Paradise, born 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 14 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and criminal threatening charges after an incident in the South and South State streets area of the city.
Seth Taylor Brunelle, born 1992, of Bedford, was arrested at 5:50 a.m. on Oct. 13 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Joseph Albert Nault, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Oct. 12 on possession of a controlled drug and operating without a valid license charges as well as a bench warrant on North Main Street near Pleasant.
Juan Santos, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. on Oct. 12 on two bench warrants on East Side Drive.

Zachary Ryan Mullen, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. on Oct. 11 on domestic violence-stalking and breach of bail charges as well as a bench warrant. He was arrested in the Donovan Street area of the city.
Mark E. Rettig, born 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Oct. 10 on two stalking charges. He was arrested after an incident at Hilltop Consignment Gallery on North Main Street.
Kerry Whittier, born 1962, homeless, was arrested on loitering or prowling, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and breach of bail charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road at 11:17 a.m. on Oct. 10.
Kevin Michael Hull, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on Oct. 9 on three bench warrants. He was arrested on Summer Street in Penacook.
