Concord Man Arrested On 7 Mischief, 4 Assault Counts: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Adrian J. Pike, born 1998, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. on June 12, 2019, on a simple assault charge at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Amanda Bulliner, born 1982, of Newport, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on June 11, on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges on Liberty Street.

Brett Miller, born 1995, of Laconia, was arrested on two bench warrants at Concord police headquarters on Green Street at 10:16 a.m. on June 10.

Robert J. Keplin, born 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on June 9, on seven counts of domestic violence-criminal mischief, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention. The charges stem from an incident in the Gully Hill/Old Turnpike Road area of the city.

David Allen Norton, born 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on June 6, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Philip Drew Carter, born 1962, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 10 p.m. on June 5, on driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges after an incident on South Spring Street.

Moises Alicea, born 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 10:23 a.m. on June 5, at police headquarters on a warrant.

Thomas Michael Pillsbury, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on June 4, on a bench warrant on Loudon Road.
