CONCORD, NH — Ricky L. Bailey, born 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 7 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2020, on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on Manchester Street near Dunkin' Donuts.
Joseph Robert Lecouffe Jr., born 1966, of Concord, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Jan. 12, on a sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. According to online information, Lecouffe was previously convicted of burglary and aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Ronaldo L. Towers, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on Jan. 12 on a bench warrant. He was arrested in the East Concord Village section of the city.

Megan M. Judd, born 1994, of Chichester, was arrested at 9:21 a.m. on Jan. 12 on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Wyatt Keene, born 1992, of Hopkinton, received a summons at 8:34 p.m. on Jan. 10 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a stop on Regional Drive.

Arthur Wallace Greenlay, born 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on Jan. 10 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and suspension of vehicle registration charges. He was arrested on Loudon Road near Uno's Car Wash.
Dean A. Remick, born 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 10 on criminal mischief and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident at Concord Hospital.
Thomas P. Sampson, born 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Jan. 10 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road.
Queen Wilson, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on Jan. 9 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested after an incident on South Main Street near Sanel Auto Parts.
Devin A. Kitson, born 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 4:57 a.m. on Jan. 9 on domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest or detention, and three simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Rumford Street.
